  • Payments made via the online payment gateway will be processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only.
  • The payment gateway is used for processing payments related to after-sales services

  • The merchant (our company) shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by network or technical issues.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • The customer will receive a confirmation email/SMS after the transaction.
  • The merchant reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed through the original mode of payment.
  • A refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment.
  • Cancellation of an order is subject to our internal policy and must be communicated before dispatch or service delivery.
  • Transaction charges or gateway fees are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The merchant is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use or inability to use the payment gateway.
  • Any dispute relating to payments shall be addressed according to the procedures set by the acquiring bank and State Bank of Pakistan regulations.

8. Compliance

  • The merchant agrees to comply with all relevant laws, including SBP e-commerce regulations, anti-money laundering (AML), and know your customer (KYC) requirements.
  • The merchant declares that all goods/services sold are lawful in Pakistan and do not violate any intellectual property or religious/cultural norms.
